All orders are shipped from Canada.

We currently ship:

  • Within Canada
  • To the United States
  • International destinations where shipping is available at checkout

Available destinations and rates are shown during checkout.

Processing Time

Because many of our items are handmade or assembled in small batches, orders typically ship within:

2 to 3 business days

Processing times may be longer during busy periods or when items are made to order. Any extended delays will be noted on the product page or communicated by email.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Destination
  • Package size and weight
  • Selected shipping method

We use tracked shipping whenever available. Rates reflect carrier pricing and handling costs.

Delivery Times

Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates only. Once an order leaves our hands, delivery timing depends on the carrier and destination.

Please note:

  • Carrier delays, weather, and customs processing are outside our control
  • Patient Calf is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers

Free Shipping

Free shipping may be offered on orders that meet a minimum order total. Eligibility depends on the delivery location and shipping method.

Please note:

  • Some regions and destinations are excluded
  • Free shipping may not always be available
  • Eligibility and minimum order totals are subject to change

When free shipping applies, it will be clearly shown at checkout.

Local Delivery (Calgary Area)

Local delivery may be available for select postal codes in and around downtown Calgary, AB, Canada. Availability is determined automatically at checkout based on the delivery address.

Please note:

  • Local delivery is only offered in select areas
  • Availability may change at any time
  • If local delivery is available for your address, it will be shown as an option at checkout

Payment for Local Delivery

When local delivery is available, cash on delivery may be offered as a payment option. If selected, payment must be made in cash at the time of delivery.

In some cases, e-transfer may be accepted at our discretion.

This option is not available at checkout and must be discussed in advance. Acceptance of e-transfer is subject to change.

Available payment options will be clearly shown at checkout when applicable.

Tracking

If tracking is available for your order, you will receive a tracking number by email once your package ships.

Tracking updates are provided by the carrier and may take time to appear after shipment.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders:

  • Customs duties, taxes, and import fees are the responsibility of the customer
  • These fees are not included in your order total

Patient Calf is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Incorrect Addresses & Returned Packages

Please double-check your shipping address before placing an order.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address:

  • The customer is responsible for reshipping costs
  • Refunds may be issued minus original shipping costs, where applicable

Delivered but Not Received

If a package is marked as delivered by the carrier but not received:

  • Please contact the carrier directly for further investigation
  • Patient Calf is not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered
