At Patient Calf, our items are handmade and thoughtfully curated in small batches. We accept returns with clear conditions to ensure fairness for both our customers and our small business.
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. If 14 days have passed since your item was delivered, we’re unable to offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition you received them, with original packaging and all contents included.
Returnable Handmade Items
Most handmade crochet items — such as non-hygiene textile goods — may be returned if they meet the eligibility conditions above.
All returned items are carefully inspected. Items showing signs of wear, washing, scent, pet hair, or handling beyond reasonable inspection are not eligible for a refund.
Final Sale Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are final sale and not eligible for return or refund:
- Washcloths
- Face cloths
- Reusable facial pads
- Other crochet items intended for direct personal or skincare use
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are also non-returnable:
- Gift boxes that have been opened, used, or returned with missing contents
- Personalized or custom items
- Sale or discounted items
- Gift cards
- Digital products or downloads
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery at [email protected]
Include your order number and clear photos of the issue. We’ll review the situation and offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Refunds
Once an approved return is received and inspected, you’ll be notified by email.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:

Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges unless an item arrives damaged or incorrect.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items
Return instructions will be provided after contacting us.
Gifts
Refunds are issued to the original method of payment only. Gift credits are not offered.
